XTERRA Tremblant gives you the chance to discover the “real” Tremblant, its nature and above all its tranquillity.

Located on the Domaine Saint-Bernard, the trails will take you through a dense and varied forest at breakneck speeds, as the bike paths are wide and easy accessible for all.

What’s more, XTERRA Tremblant offers you the chance to ride every bike course on a mountain bike or a gravel bike regardless of distance and race type.

The race takes place on technical trails offering a challenge to beginners and seasoned athletes alike.

Of course, it’s not easy to enjoy this environment when you’re giving everything you’ve got to outdo yourself. That’s why we’re inviting you to make your participation a 3-day stay in complete immersion, so you can make the most of the Domaine’s tranquility, but also take the time to appreciate the courses, which offer superb views of the Diable River, the summit of Mont Tremblant, and Lac Raynaud, where the XTERRA swim takes place.

Policy for change of event, transfer, postponement or refund

CHANGE OF TEST

You can decide to change events at XTERRA Tremblant at any time until June 3, 2024 at 11:59 pm.

Same participants to another event: 

Fee of $25 plus the difference in fees for the new test, if applicable.

Procedure: 

Available directly from Active via your account.

Not applicable if we are at maximum capacity in the new event at the time of the change.

EVENT CHANGE

You can decide at any time to change to another event in the XTERRA Québec 2024 Series (XTERRA Québec or XTERRA Bromont if applicable) until May 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Same participant to another event applicable in 2024 (XTERRA Québec or XTERRA Bromont) :

Fee of $50 plus the difference in fees for the new race, if applicable.

Procedure: 

Available directly from Active via your account.

Not applicable if we are at maximum capacity in the new event at the time of the change.

REGISTRATION TRANSFER

You can decide at any time to transfer your registration to another person for an XTERRA Tremblant event until May 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Change of participant :

Solo participant: $50 fee

Team participant: $25 fee per participant

If the replacement participant requests to register for a different event, the difference in fees for the new event, if applicable, must be added.

Not applicable if the new person requests a change of event and we are at maximum capacity in the new event requested at the time of the change.

REGISTRATION DEFERRAL

Whatever the reason : 

You may decide at any time to postpone your registration for the 2025 edition of XTERRA Tremblant until May 24, 2024.

The fee for postponement before this date is $60.

You must email us at [email protected] to request your report. Fees must be paid before May 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. for the report to take effect.

Medical reason only: 

From May 25 onwards, it is still possible to defer registration, but only with a medical bill stating that you are unable to take part in the event.

The fee for postponement to 2025 from May 25 is $80.

The transaction must be completed by 8 p.m. on June 8, 2024.

REFUND

You can request a partial refund and this until May 24 23:59 by writing us your request by email to [email protected]. The amount refunded regardless of the reason is 25% of the base amount of your registration.

No refunds possible after May 25, 2024.

Please note that taxes, online registration fees and Triathlon Québec fees are non-refundable and are also extra in all our policies if applicable.

CANCELLATION

XTERRA Tremblant, in conjunction with city officials, public health, local authorities and police, has the power to cancel one or more of the events in the event of an emergency, including, but not limited to, inclement weather, severe weather or threat of terrorism. If such emergency conditions force cancellation, refunds cannot be offered since funds will have been spent in preparation for the event.

CANCELLED BY PUBLIC HEALTH

Policy in effect until April 30, 2024 at 11:59 pm: 

Should the event have to be cancelled for public health reasons, here are your options:

• • Postpone your registration for XTERRA Tremblant 2025 free of charge.
  • Transfer your registration to XTERRA Québec or XTERRA Bromont 2024, paying the difference in price if the rate is higher.
  • Receive a refund of 75% of the amount paid and benefit from a 15% discount applicable to your registration for XTERRA Tremblant 2025.

***Note that the 15% discount on registration fees in 2025 is applicable only to new registrations with payment and will be added to any other promotion in effect.
