Night course. 4 loops of 400m swim and 5km trail run. Teams of 2 to 4. 2 swimmers in pairs must follow each other on the swim + minimum 1 runner of choice on each loop.

Night course. 3 loops of 400m swim and 5 km trail run. Pairs must follow each other on the entire course.

DUO | ages 14 and up

Night course. 2 loops of 400m swim and 5 km trail run. Pairs must follow each other on the entire course.
Headlamp mandatory.

5.4 km – $70

SOLO | ages 14 and up

The evening course consists of a 400m swim and a 5km trail run for a total of 5.4km. Each participant runs solo.
Headlamp mandatory.

1 km for children – $15

SOLO | ages 6 and up

Swim the loop whenever you like between 5pm and 11.30pm. You must always swim in pairs after 8.30pm. An adult must accompany a child under 16. Enjoy the supervision and the night-time atmosphere. There’s no timing for this activity. And don’t forget the refreshments.

Policies for change of event, transfer, deferral or refund

RACE CHANGE

You can decide at any time to change races at any time until July 8, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Same participant towards another race

Fee of $25 plus the difference in fees for the new event if applicable.

Procedure

Available directly in your Active account.

Not applicable if ever we are at maximum capacity in the new race requested at the time of the change.

EVENT CHANGE

You can decide at any time to change to another XTERRA Quebec Series event (XTERRA Tremblant ou XTERRA Bromont ifapplicable) until June 28, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Same participant to another applicable event in 2024 (XTERRA Tremblant or XTERRA Bromont)

Fee of $50 plus the fee difference for the new event if applicable.

Procedure

Available directly in Active via your account.

Not applicable if ever we are at maximum capacity in the new event requested at the time of the change.

REGISTRATION TRANSFER

You can decide at any time to transfer your registration to another person for an XTERRA Quebec race until June 28, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Change of participant

Solo participant: $50 fee

Team Participant: $25 fee per participant

If the replacement participant requests to register for a different race, the difference in fees for the new race must be added, if applicable.

Available directly in your Active account for solo participants.

Not applicable if the new person requests a change of event and we are at maximum capacity in the new event requested at the time of the change.

REGISTRATION DEFERRAL

Whatever the reason

You can at any time decide to postpone your registration to the 2025 edition of XTERRA Quebec until June 28, 2024.

The deferral fee before this date is $60.

You must email us at [email protected] to request your deferral. Fees must be paid by June 28, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. for the deferral to be effective.

Medical reason only

After June 29, it is always possible to defer a registration, but only with the presentation of a medical note which specifies that it is impossible for you to participate in the race.

The fee to carry over to 2025 after June 29 is $80.

The transaction must be completed no later than July 13, 2024 at 8 p.m.

REFUND

You can request a partial refund until June 28, 11:59 p.m. by emailing us your request at [email protected]. The refund, regardless of the reason, is 25% of the amount of your registration.

No refund possible from June 29, 2024.

Note that taxes, online registration fees and Triathlon Québec fees are non-refundable and are also extra in all our policies if applicable.

CANCELLATION

XTERRA Tremblant, in conjunction with city officials, public health officials and local police, has the power to cancel one or more of the races for emergencies, including, but not limited to, inclement weather, bad weather or a terrorist threat. If such emergency conditions force cancellation, refunds cannot be offered as funds will have been spent in preparation for the event.

CANCELLATION BY PUBLIC HEALTH

Policy in effect until April 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

If the event should be canceled due to public health reasons, here are the options available to you:

    • Postponement of your registration for XTERRA Quebec 2025 free of charge.
    • Transfer your registration for XTERRA Bromont 2024 or XTERRA Tremblant 2024 by paying the price difference if the rate is higher.
    • Receive a 75% refund of the amount paid and get a 15% discount applicable on your registration for XTERRA Quebec 2025.

***Note that the 15% discount on registration fees in 2025 is applicable only for new registrations with payment and will be added to any other promotion in effect.

Policy in effect from May 1, 2024 to July 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
